Shipping and Return Policy

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS/RESHIPS FOR GUMMIES AFFECTED BY HEAT IN TRANSIT EXCEPT FOR THOSE SHIPPED WITH THE ADD-ON INSULATED SHIPPING KIT.

We do our absolute best to ensure that our product reaches you in perfect condition.  In order to help limit the amount of time that a package spends in transit, we have started shipping exclusively with USPS Priority 2-Day.

USPS Priority 2-Day has proven to be far more reliable, consistent, and prompt than USPS First Class parcel service, and because it's important to uphold a high level of service, we've made the decision to stop offering USPS First Class as a shipping option.  There were too many issues and delays with First Class, and Priority is better in every way for just a few dollars more.  We've discounted the price of our gummies to offset the extra shipping cost at checkout.  Thank you for your business!

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days.  Our main fulfillment days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  Priority shipping estimates take effect once USPS has possession of the package. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your shipping label is created.

All sales are final.  Due to the nature of infused food products, we cannot accept returns for orders that have already been shipped.  No refunds except at the sole discretion of Goomies Candy Company LLC.  Contact us right away if you need to cancel your order.
